Our Mission
The mission of the SCBHC program is to reduce the length and use of incarceration, reduce recidivism rates, and crimes related to substance abuse or mental health. SCBHC also aim to improve the safety and quality of life in our community by utilizing an innovative, efficient, and integrated model of services.
