The Recovery Court of Sumner County empowers participants to lead a drug-free lifestyle through accountability, education, and intensive supervision & treatment. In addition to helping participants with employment & education, we provide a positive atmosphere. THE support team is fully committed to helping all participants become self-sufficient, responsible citizens. We give participants access to treatment services.

Adults (18+) with pending criminal charges in Sumner County, TN, who are nonviolent offenders and willing to meet all program requirements, can join the Recovery Court program.

You can be court-ordered into the program by a Judge and the District Attorney’s Office. Referrals must be made through the District Attorney’s office, your attorney, or the judge.
